Recounting his many personal and memorable life journeys along the way, Le Claire pursues Chinese Kung Fu in Hong Kong, China and Australia as a means to stroke recovery. , He seeks out Hong Kong masters Pang Sifu (King Tai Chi) and Yim Sifu (Hou Li Tai Ji Gong) who both guide him. What he discovers are insights and knowledge in the process and acquired truths while seeking recovery.
